Grievances
South Central Human Relations Center is committed to providing clients with quality care and to accommodate the rights of our clients and families to express concerns or complaints. Any client, or person acting for the client, who feels that we have not met our service goals and not respected their rights is encouraged to let us know. A client’s complaint or concern shall not impact their care or compromise any future access or quality of care.
