South Central Human Relations Center is committed to providing effective outpatient therapy services for people seeking guidance through periods of change and difficulty in their lives. These services can be effective for a variety of conditions, including:
A clinician — therapist, counselor, psychiatrist, etc. — works closely with each person to develop an individualized treatment plan and set of goals. Clients and their clinician then collaborate to identify and use treatment approaches that help each client achieve these goals.
South Central Human Relations Center offers a variety of counseling services for mental health and addiction issues to youth, adolescents, adults and families. Current therapy formats include counseling sessions for individuals, groups, couples and families. In addition to these services, specialized counseling is available in anger management for men, anger management for women and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for adults and adolescents.
Our team of psychiatrists is trained to care for the needs of adults, adolescents, children and families. The psychiatry team includes psychiatrists, an advanced practice nurse, and clinical nurse specialists with extensive experience working with individuals who have a psychiatric illness. In addition to an excellent psychiatry team, we also have a convenient, in-house pharmacy just for our clients.
Sliding-fee schedules are available for adults and children in Dodge, Steele and Waseca counties.
